Voila Catering in Portland was founded in 2001 by Executive Chef Tamara Kay and Jonathan Goodrow. Our chef team is a group of skilled trained chefs with years of high end restaurant experience, corporate catering, and fine dining. With a highly skilled team we are able to provide food which can rival any Portland restaurant at events. Our service staff all have 5+ years in restaurant or catering experience and are selected for their friendliness, responsibility, and professional appearance. Our event management and planners have experienced more than 400 events over the years including 200+ weddings and receptions. We have seen what works well and what does not always goes as desired. Our event planning experience will assure a successful event!
We charge for our staff time by the hour from when they leave our commercial kitchen until they return from the event. You expectation should be that everyone on our team from Executive Chef to Server will be professional, attentive, and provide wonderful service. As this is our expectation, we properly compensate our professional staff and do not expect an additional gratuity for doing our work well.
