Vegetable, Composed, and Dinner Salads

Plated dinner salads, composed greens salads for buffets, and chilled vegetable salads are made with seasonally available ingredients.  All vegetables are prepared and cooked by our chefs just for your event.  All salad dressings are made "from-scratch" with fresh herbs and non-hydrogenated oils.  In addition to the following suggestions, develop your own salad with our resource of over 10 different greens, 8 nuts, 12 cheeses, 18 different vegetables, and 13 different housemade dressings:
