Special occasion dinner for 60 at The Four Graces Winery in Oregon’s wine country with the chefs of Voila Catering serving a family style dinner of Wild Columbia River Salmon with Lemon Beurre Blanc, Garlic Sauteed Spring Asparagus, Sous Vide Cocoa Crusted Beef Tenderloin with Cocoa Jus, and Roasted Yukon Gold, Red and Peruvian Purple Potatoes…. of course, the meal started with a fresh Strawberry & Chevre Salad with Candied Oregon Hazelnuts and Grand Central Bread & Butter at the tables.
