2007 Chamber Music Northwest Concerts at Catlin Gabel School

Come share Voilą Catering's gourmet food and enjoy wonderful music at the Chamber Music Northwest's 2007 Summer Festival Concert Series at Catlin Gabel School. Twice a week for five weeks, Voilą Catering will be serving elegant picnic food prior to the Tuesday and Friday Concerts. Food service will begin at 6:00 with a selection of entree salads, beer and wine, ice teas, desserts and changing gourmet entrees. Concerts begin at 8:00 with dessert and beverages available at intermission.

The schedule and menu for the 2007 Summer Festival:

  • Tuesday, June 26: Beethoven and Brahms: The Early Years
    • Miso Glazed Salmon with Wasabi Mashed Potatoes and Japanese inspired Green Salad
  • Friday, June 29: Masterpieces of Beethoven and Brahms
    • Proscuitto Wrapped Chicken Breast with Italian Roasted Potatoes and Green Salad
  • Tuesday, July 3: Complete Shostakovich String Quartets IV
    • Grilled Fourth of July Seafood: Rare Ahi Tuna & Fennel Brochette and a Prawn and Vegetable Brochette served over Couscous and a Green Salad
  • Friday, July 6: Russian Music Before Shostakovich
    • Mediterranean Leg of Lamb and Tomato-Kalamata Olive Compote with over Pesto Orzo and Green Salad
  • Tuesday, July 10: From the Heart of Classical to the Far Side of Romanticism
    • Chevre Stuffed Chicken Breast with Pancetta Braised Chard and Marjoram Roasted Red Potatoes
  • Friday, July 13: Bach Concerto Night
    • Summer Roasted Salmon Filet served with Panzanella Bread Salad and fresh Spinach Salad
  • Tuesday, July 17: German and Slavic Melodies
    • Bourbon Beef Brisket with Potato, Cherry Tomato, and Fresh Corn Salad and housemade Cornbread
  • Friday, July 20: Lyrical Contrasts
    • Spanish Paella with Seafood, Chicken and Sausage with fresh Green Salad
  • Tuesday, July 24: Old Favorites meet 21st Century Jazz
    • Hazelnut Crusted Salmon with Tarragon Creme Fraiche with summer saute of fresh corn, tomatoes, and zucchini and a wild greens salad
  • Friday, July 27: Three Serenades: 1782 to 2007
    • Caribbean Flank Steak with Mango, Cilantro and Red Onion Salsa served with Coconut Rice and Black Bean Salad
