Gourmet server-passed hors d’oeuvres, Northwest wines, micro-brews, and classic cocktails were all hits at this year’s holiday party for the employees of CH2M Hill.
Just like for their party in 2012, Exec. Chef Tamara developed a unique menu to meet the varied needs of an evening standing cocktail party for 300 guests. Naturally featuring fresh and seasonal ingredients, the menu selection also needed to accommodate special dietary for guests including Vegan, Dairy-Free, Nut-Free, Vegetarian, and Gluten-Free. The planners at Voila Catering arranged for rental of the stage, pipe and drape, tables, linens, and lighting at the warehouse venue. Our service team arrived early and did all the set-up and decorations for the event. As the guests arrived and music started, our service staff passed hors d’oeuvre freshly built by our on-site chef team, bartenders mixed classic cocktails, and servers cleared glassware throughout the event! At the end of the evening, the team striked all the rental items and celebrated another smooth and successful event! We look forward to CH2M Hill’s party next year!
