A very special birthday dinner in honor of Maria and Isadora’s special birthday was planned and catered by the chef team of Voila Catering. The hors d’oeuvres and four course wine-paired dinner was all prepared in their kitchen and served plated as if it was the best restaurant in the state!
Two chefs and two uniformed servers transformed the home kitchen table into an elegant dining experience. As the guests arrived, our uniformed service staff passed sparkling wine and individual, delicate hors d’oeuvres made as needed by the chef team. The guests were seated to a fully set table with the first wine pre-poured. The striking first course really impressed the guests!
Selected wines were poured before each course was served and then devoured. We love it when ALL the plates are brought back almost licked clean!
