To celebrate the complete remodeling of their offices, Hennebery Eddy Architects choose Voila Catering for their 200+ person Grand Open House. As daily customers of Café Voila and having enjoyed our food at many Architecture Foundation of Oregon events, they new that the food would be innovative and impressive for their guests.
Chef Tamara created a custom seasonal menu for an elegant server passed hors d’oeuvre party and worked with our bartenders to develop two orange martinis: one savory with Sapphire Gin and one sweet with Absolute Vodka. We also offered a selection of our premium, yet still affordable, highly rated wines from the Pacific Northwest and Napa Valley in addition to some favorite wines.
Voila Catering provides all the beverages on a consumption basis with all the ice, garnishes, and appropriate glassware taking the worries out of planning your beverages service at a very reasonable cost. We will provide an honest estimate with the goal of zero surprises at the end of the event.
