The Broderick Art Gallery
Located downtown on First Ave, the Broderick Gallery is an ellegant yet inexpensive venue for standing cocktail parties and small dinners. Your guests will enjoy the rotating artist's work in this convenient downtown location. The site will hold up to 150 people for a standing cocktail party and up to 90 for a seated meal.
