Wedding Receptions and Catering at Bridal Veil Lakes
Located in the Columbia River Gorge, the Bridal Veil Lakes is one of the best outdoor sites in the Northwest. Towering trees shade the small lake surrounded by beautiful summer flowers. Your guests will be amazed by the breathtaking views of the Gorge.The site is well equipped with tables and chairs for both the wedding ceremony and the reception, and requires only minimal additional event rentals for events up to 250 guests. Voilą Catering is pleased to manage additional rental tables, canopies, and chairs to accommodate up to 400 guests.
With our years of experience doing over 65 weddings at the site, we are pleased to share our experiences of different event schedules, site layouts, and menu selections to make sure your wedding is smooth and flawless.
Planning your wedding is more than just choosing the first song. Voila Catering will help design the entire event from arrival times and guest flow through the day to making sure that everything is cleaned up and your leftovers are taken home. An important part of preparing your event plan, is our CAD layout of the your event including the location of all the tables, the place settings, bars, gift tables, sign-in tables and ceremony layout. No detail is left to chance and everyone on our team is knows the plan!
The secret to having quality food at Bridal Veil Lakes is having the food come right from a hot oven to the table. As the site is about 45 minutes from our Portland commercial kitchen, our professional chefs cook all items at the site to meet our high quality and food safety standards. At every Bridal Veil event, we bring full sized commercial convection ovens and saute stations to cook all the hot food from a raw state. For food quality reasons, we never simply reheat already cooked food.
To compliment the beauty of the venue, Voila Catering is pleased to offer a beautiful tent liner and pole drapes just for the white canopy at Bridal Veil Lakes. We offer this elegant option just for our Bridal Veil customers at a 50% reduction from most rental companies prices.
