Planning a wedding from Australia without visiting the location until the three days before the wedding could be full of surprises.  Sarah and Cam selected Voila Catering for their Bridal Veil Lakes wedding due to our 12 years and 80+ weddings at the site.  Over nine months of e-mails and telephone calls and using detailed event plans and maps, we were able to plan the day of their dreams without every meeting until the week of the wedding!

After the ceremony, a pre-poured cocktail can be a perfect way to greet your guests and minimize the wait at the bar.  The gorge overlook area at Bridal Veil Lakes is a perfect location for a drink and a passed hors d’oeuvre for events with under 150 guests.

The guests were served a family style dinner all cooked at Bridal Veil Lakes by the chef team of Voila Catering.  Spring Asparagus Spears, roasted Red, Peruvian Purple, and Yukon Gold Potatoes and Italian Chicken Saltimbocca were served for dinner after a plated Baby Greens Salad with local Strawberry, Chevre, and Candied Hazelnuts,
