Voilą Catering is proud to provide a wonderful beverage selection at events. We believe that beverages, like food, should be delicious and affordable. Our very reasonable beverage prices include refrigeration, on-site ice chilling, and off-site recycling of all used containers.
Voilą Catering provides peace-of-mind by only using OLCC licensed servers, strictly following OLCC rules in not serving visibly impaired persons and those without ID who appear under 30, and with $1 million in liquor liability insurance. Our trained bartenders and servers will gracefully protect you and your guests.
Our standard beers and wines are served and sold based upon actual consumption at the event with no minimum. While our selection of beer and wine changes due to availability from our Distributors, the following is our basic beverages which are perfect for weddings and other large events:

Deschutes Micro-beers $2 per bottle: Mirror Pond, Inversion, Cascade Ale, Cinder Cone Red, Black Butte Porter, and Seasonal Beer

Rainier Ridge Washington Cabernet and Rainier Ridge Washington Chardonnay are $9.25 per bottle

Covey Run Washington Wines $9.75 per bottle: Cabernet, Merlot, Syrah, Reisling, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio

Castillo Perelada Spanish Brut Reserva Cava Sparkling $12 per bottle (90pts from Wine & Spirits)
In addition to the basics beers and wines above, we are pleased to pair vintage wines from the Northwest and from the premium wine growing regions of the world with your event menu.
With Voilą Catering providing complete beverage service, you only pay for the bottles opened, are assured of having an appropriate selection to satisfy your guests and know you will have enough for the event without having to purchase too much!
Voilą Catering is also pleased to provide our own house-made infusions by the gallon. Our Lavender Limeade and Orange Honey Mint Infused Iced Teas are popular favorites. Contact us for our extensive list of non-alcoholic options.
